Synopsis

At a presentation of his innovative solar power device to a group of investors, Joe captures the attention of venture capitalist Meghan Doyle. Separately, FBI profiler Agent Edward Cooper announces his return to Phoenix with the stated goal of pursuing another serial killer; however, Allison’s dreams suggest a different truth.
