Synopsis

On March 23, 1994, Aeroflot Flight 593, bound for Hong Kong, suffered a catastrophic failure and crashed, resulting in the loss of all 75 people aboard. The incident occurred when the pilot's fifteen-year-old son, while briefly occupying the captain's seat, inadvertently deactivated the autopilot. This action initiated a severe bank to the right, ultimately leading to the aircraft's stall.
