Synopsis

On January 7, 1994, United Express Flight 6291, operated by Atlantic Coast Airlines, crashed approximately 1.2 miles from the runway during its final approach to Port Columbus International Airport. The aircraft entered a stall prior to the accident. All aboard – the two pilots, a flight attendant, and two passengers – perished in the impact.
