Synopsis

The morning of October 8, 2001, saw Scandinavian Airlines Flight 686, a plane carrying one hundred and ten passengers destined for Copenhagen, Denmark, begin its takeoff at Milan’s Linate Airport amidst dense fog. As it accelerated down the runway, the airliner collided with an Air Evex business jet, which was carrying four people en route to Paris, France.
