Synopsis

On February 12, 2009, Colgan Air Flight 3407 experienced a stall at low altitude and crashed into a residential area near Buffalo, New York. The disaster resulted in the deaths of all passengers and crew, as well as one person on the ground. Preliminary findings suggest that several critical errors made by the flight crew may have stemmed from fatigue.
