Synopsis

The sudden death of Nicky, a celebrated but controversial actor, just as he arrived at a film premiere, brought an unexpected request to Matlock. A judge and longtime friend found himself in a difficult position: his son, Cliff, a burly biker recently dismissed from his role as Nicky’s bodyguard, had become a suspect. And so, the judge implored Matlock to take on Cliff's defense.
