Synopsis

Spencer Hamilton arrived in Manteo, North Carolina, with haste, driven by the need to find the man responsible for his brother Frank's death—a death dismissed as a hunting accident. When Ryan Bartell, the shooter, is discovered dead, Matlock travels to North Carolina to defend Hamilton, and there finds an unexpected partner in local deputy Conrad McMasters.
