Synopsis

Spencer Hamilton arrived in Manteo, North Carolina, with haste, determined to find the man responsible for his brother Frank’s death—an incident passed off as a hunting accident. When Ryan Bartell, the shooter, is discovered dead, Matlock travels to North Carolina to represent Hamilton and unexpectedly finds an ally in local deputy Conrad McMasters.
