Captain Edward Hanna had once been a respected officer, but years of questionable decisions earned him the unflattering moniker ‘The Mad Hatter.’ When police officer Jim Shanley was discovered dead after making disparaging remarks about Hanna, Sergeant Jerry Reese found himself accused of the crime.
