Synopsis

The death of network programming chief Paul J. Bartel has thrown Hollywood into confusion, with investigators struggling to identify his assailant. Matlock arrives to defend the television producer now accused of the crime, and quickly discovers a bewildering array of potential suspects. It appears everyone had reason enough to want Paul J. Bartel gone.
