Synopsis

The second heat of Mastermind presents a formidable challenge to four contestants from Northern Ireland. They are: Roy Alcorn, a teacher specializing in Hollywood films from the years 1929 to 1959; Michael Bloch, a student barrister, whose specialist subject is the life and work of Philip Guedalla; John Knipe, a retired civil servant, who will be questioned on the history of the Abbey Theatre in Dublin; and David McKibbin, a teacher with expertise in the history of professional boxing.
