Synopsis

The final six contestants, selected from an initial pool of ninety-six, are tested on their knowledge of the painter Thomas Girtin, Margaret Mitchell and *Gone with the Wind*, King Edward VII, the life and writings of Albert Camus, the television series *Porridge* and *Going Straight*, and the history of the Ottoman Empire from 1878 to 1924.
