Synopsis

Magnus Magnusson presided over four other competitors in the University of Nottingham's Great Hall. The contestants were: Richard Francis, a university lecturer, whose topic was the life and career of Mahatma Gandhi; Ashis Banerjee, a medical practitioner, who focused on Cuba from 1492 to 1989; Chris Gonet, a computer consultant, who explored the lives and films of the Marx Brothers; and Ernest Price, a retired teacher, whose presentation centered on the life and work of Charles Darwin.
