Synopsis

Celebrating its five-hundredth anniversary this year, Stockport Grammar School is the venue for four contestants vying for the Mastermind 1987 championship. Their specialist subjects are: Anthony Attree, a Catholic priest, will face questions on the life and works of Antonin Dvorak; Yvonne Weir, a retired teacher, will be tested on The Earls of Orkney, 874-1200; David Kirkham, also a teacher, will answer questions concerning the history of the German Democratic Republic; and John Chester, a data
