Synopsis

At the season’s first skills test, Gordon Ramsay, host, judge, and executive producer of MASTERCHEF, instructs the home cooks in the precise art of breaking down a crab. Afterward, they must replicate his technique. Those who falter in the task face an elimination challenge where Ramsay will demonstrate his signature Crab Benedict. The judges then deliberate, deciding which contestants will continue and who will depart.
