Synopsis

The twelve remaining chefs face their third challenge: demonstrating the precise technique for filleting a halibut. Those who do not satisfy the judges' exacting standards are then required to transform their prepared fish into an innovative and visually compelling dish. Some manage to yield a generous fillet, while others produce a meager portion of the prized protein.
