Synopsis

The team's annual off-site challenge this year coincides with the celebration of Chinese New Year, and features guest mentorship from renowned chef Kylie Kwong. The task for each team is to prepare two set-price dishes inspired by Asian street food, which they will then offer for sale to the public.
