Synopsis

To advance, Marion, Jonathan, and Aaron had to identify a range of nuts. Jonathan’s sharp eye secured his passage to the next stage. Marion and Aaron moved on to the second round, where they faced the challenge of recreating a Thai satay sauce. Both presentations impressed the panel, but Aaron's possessed a superior flavour and visual appeal. Marion’s, however, was deemed too thick, described by the judges as "gluggy."
