Synopsis

The challenge for the teams was to prepare a substantial buffet lunch for a hundred Australian soldiers. Beginning at Holsworthy army base, they journeyed to the field kitchen, where the task of devising an appropriate menu began. Several teams settled on similar dishes, requiring careful negotiation to finalize their offerings. The Red Team found particular difficulty with dessert, and Callum drew criticism from the judges for his handling of the situation.
