Synopsis

The six finalists who competed against Matt Moran for a place in the Top 24 received a Masterclass in ARIA’s kitchen. There, Matt demonstrated the art of crafting seafood canapés. Meanwhile, the remaining contestants honed their skills preparing a dish of baby vegetables and mastering grilling techniques under the guidance of George and Gary. George also presented a raspberry dessert, elegantly composed with jelly, granita, and champagne.
