Synopsis

Will Studd, an Australian cheese authority, led Callum and Sharnee through an illuminating exploration of cheese. The other contestants enjoyed a steak and kidney sandwich prepared by Gary Mehigan, alongside stir-fried aubergines in chili sauce crafted by Kylie Kwong. Chef Darren Purchese also presented his vibrant 'fruit carnival'.
