Synopsis

The most ambitious Off Site Challenge yet demanded that contestants prepare 8,000 canapés for 2,000 guests aboard the P&O Pacific Jewel, with the guests themselves casting votes for their preferred menu. Guided by a P&O sous chef (and an additional assistant for the Red Team), each team crafted 1,000 of four distinct canapé varieties. The Blue Team encountered early difficulties and ultimately chose to secure the assistance of another chef in exchange for 100 votes.
