Synopsis

The two teams stood before their most demanding task: to manage the relaunch of George Calombaris’s own restaurant, The Press Club. They would be responsible for serving a roster of Australian culinary icons and celebrities. Both teams found themselves grappling with the pressures inherent in operating a restaurant from the outset.
