Renowned fishmonger Josh Niland, celebrated for his masterful butchery, has unveiled the first challenge in his culinary competition: tuna Wellington, accompanied by mashed potato and a rich tuna gravy. The cook whose creation diverges most significantly from Niland’s own will be eliminated.
