Synopsis

Phil Wood, chef at two of Victoria’s most acclaimed restaurants, describes the initial challenge as a crucial test of skill. Competitors are given seventy-five minutes to recreate his signature dish: potatoes duchess accompanied by shiitake mushrooms and cauliflower.
