Synopsis

The invention and palate tests – featuring seafood chowder and soda bread – result in the elimination of two hopeful cooks. Those who remain join the bustling lunchtime service at London's Brasserie Joel, where they subsequently prepare two dishes of their own to impress John and Gregg.
