Synopsis

Guided only by their palate, the five contestants must reconstruct a dish from memory, without the aid of a recipe. The final three chefs are thrust into the demanding rhythm of a London restaurant's lunchtime service. To have any hope of advancing to the quarter-finals, they must now craft two exceptional courses.
