Synopsis

The final twelve contestants now confront a formidable task: preparing a meal for former finalists and champions of the competition, all while working under the exacting eye of head chef John Torode in a full restaurant service. They must devise a signature dish for the three-course menu, with only thirty minutes to execute once service begins. Among the discerning diners will be Dhruv Baker, Mat Follas, James Nathan, Steven Wallis, Peter Bayless, and Thomasina Miers.
