Synopsis

The next stage sees the amateur cooks experiencing professional kitchen life for the first time. They journey to Sartoria in London’s Mayfair, a restaurant overseen by celebrated Italian chef Francesco Mazzei. The six contestants face the task of preparing and serving the entire menu to paying diners during a busy lunch service.
