Synopsis

The semi-finals proceed with the final eight cooks traveling to the BBC studios in Elstree, a location familiar to fans of the drama *Holby City*. The contestants are divided into two teams of four, tasked with managing fully operational kitchens within specially built catering tents. Each team must prepare two main courses and a dessert to serve 120 cast and crew members.
