Synopsis

The pressure mounts as Knockout Week progresses; the eleven remaining contestants face a daunting challenge. Divided into two groups, they must manage a professional lunchtime service independently. This episode sees the first group venturing to a London restaurant helmed by acclaimed chef Stevie Parle. Amidst the rush of a busy service, these five amateurs bear the responsibility of delivering each menu item to paying guests. Who will struggle under the weight of this unfamiliar and demanding k
