Synopsis

The first quarter-final has arrived, and the four winners of the preliminary rounds continue their fight for advancement. In this round of The Palate Test, they must recreate John Torode's jungle curry with coconut and lime rice, having been given only a few minutes to taste the dish and record their ingredient deductions. Afterward, they will prepare a signature dish for the judges and food critic William Sitwell – a performance that must impress, as for some, this will be their final opportuni
