Synopsis

The culinary competition progresses to its tenth series with the final of the quarter-finals. The four skilled winners from the previous rounds face no respite, continuing their hard-fought battle for advancement. Their first challenge is a demanding test of palate and technique. Chef John Torode tasks them with preparing Singapore chilli crab, a dish defined by its bold, fiery chilli and black bean paste, requiring the cook to handle and cook an entire crab.
