The initial episodes held so much potential; Danny’s storyline involving the Triad appeared poised for something compelling, featuring a formidable opponent with a detailed background, well-developed personality, and superb performance by Sacha Dhawan. Davos consistently commanded attention whenever he was present, generally keeping me engaged. I was eager to see how Danny's conflict with the fist would play out, as well as his connections with Coleen and what seemed like a budding romantic entanglement. Then the season progressed into a section reminiscent of what made the first season so unremarkable: Joy, Ward, and a superhero who didn’t seem to possess any real abilities. The concluding portion did have some positive aspects, but they weren't enough to compensate for the aimless direction earlier on. While I regret its cancellation, it’s easy to see why it failed to resonate with viewers; it seemed that whenever something intriguing or captivating was introduced, it would be undermined by dull conversations between Rand and his relatives.
