Synopsis

When Martin’s driver's license lapsed, his insurance company promptly cancelled his policy. Hastening to renew it, he went directly to the Department of Motor Vehicles and found himself immersed in a day of frustrating delays, endless forms, unhelpful clerks, and a peculiar collection of fellow applicants.
