Synopsis

A minor traffic violation – failing to stop at a sign – became something far grander for Martin. Determined to contest the ticket, he escalated the matter into a federal legal battle, leveling accusations of civil rights infringements against the officer involved. Predictably, Martin’s efforts proved disastrous, and in a last-ditch attempt to salvage the situation, he attempted to plead insanity.
