Synopsis

The remains of a San Francisco businessman were discovered drifting in the California Aqueduct near Tracy, California; the body was extensively decomposed. Initially, suspicion fell upon a relative, yet lacking any supporting evidence, the investigation stalled and grew cold. It would be many decades before detectives finally identified the true perpetrator.
