Synopsis

He found himself on a desert island, south of Papua New Guinea. The island was a harsh beauty, demanding passage across a tidal channel teeming with sharks. He scaled crumbling volcanic cliffs, each ascent a perilous test of strength. A hundred-foot chasm yawned before him, a seemingly insurmountable drop he had to leap. Yet, from the island's resources, he fashioned a bamboo windsurfer, a fragile vessel for his desperate escape.
