Synopsis

In Dallas, Adam ventures to offer encouragement to a local determined to conquer a formidable challenge: consuming five pounds of Vietnamese pho within thirty minutes. During his visit to the Lone Star State, he also indulges in the region's signature fare, sampling both Texas-style bratwurst and slow-smoked BBQ brisket.
