Synopsis

Malcolm secured a position assisting Lois at the drugstore loading dock, but a surprising revelation struck him: Lois smoked. She implored him to keep this knowledge to himself, then abruptly withdrew her warmth, issuing a reprimand for a trivial infraction. Elsewhere, Dewey, weary of Reese and Malcolm, had run away to the Ranch to seek solace with Francis. And Hal, meanwhile, was occupied with a clandestine pursuit – secretly wagering on and entering Jaime in local baby competitions.
