Synopsis

The echoes of the boys' recent fracas still disturbed Lois. As she considered the prospect of bringing another child into the world, a disquieting thought took root: would she be raising another whirlwind? To soothe her anxieties, she allowed herself a fanciful imagining – a world where her spirited sons had become quiet, demure young women. Malcolm was now Mallory, Reese transformed into Renee, and Dewey blossoming into Daisy.
