Synopsis

Detective Sharon Raydor of the Major Crimes Division and her superior, Captain Raydor, investigate the murder of a young woman discovered in the Los Angeles River. Their investigation is complicated by a shadowy private investigator working for a tech mogul, and by Deputy Chief Winnie Davis, who views Sharon as a rival for a coveted promotion within the LAPD.
