Synopsis

The death of the activist sent ripples through the city. The investigation, however, followed a tangled path, leading to a young woman seeking escape from a life of exploitation and the pimp who controlled it. He quickly became the focus of suspicion. Simultaneously, a different kind of arrangement was underway: child protective services orchestrated a meeting between Rusty and his father, a reunion Rusty deeply resented.
