Synopsis

At the heart of the Kou Empire’s throne room, a somber gathering convened to mourn a father and determine a successor. Hakuei, the reigning monarch, recalled with a heavy heart how her brother, Hakuryuu, had transformed since gaining power and becoming a general. Though his legions were composed entirely of monsters he had subdued, a chilling ruthlessness now defined him, a stark contrast to the man she once knew.
