Synopsis

A boy finds himself adrift on a vessel with a peculiar companion: a cat in a hat. Their journey is soon interrupted by the unwelcome presence of two unsavory bears, whose behavior is both crude and foolish. And adding to the surreal landscape are appearances by Alfred E. Neuman and a conflict reminiscent of *Spy vs.*.
