Synopsis

Sawyer Nelson discovers Winter, a dolphin without a tail, stranded on the beach. Phineas and Ferb volunteer to construct a prosthetic for her. Their initial efforts prove unsuccessful, but they eventually devise a helmet that stimulates her brain activity.
