Synopsis

The Buchmans have declared they’ll bestow upon their son the name of Paul’s unwell Uncle Phil—a decision they intend to revisit once they discover his actual given name. In the interim, Paul has been struck by a sudden and unwavering certainty regarding the child’s gender.
