Simultaneously, Paul’s position was precarious; senior figures at his workplace discovered he’d appeared in a Brockwell advertisement, a breach of his contract. Hollis unexpectedly interrupted a conversation between Ira and Paul, prompting Ira to introduce himself as Paul's agent, an intervention that ultimately secured Paul’s job at the Explorer Channel.
