Synopsis

In Malaysia, MacGyver and his team are tasked with extracting Ralph, a key financier for a terrorist organization. He possesses crucial intelligence regarding an imminent attack. However, the operation takes a dangerous turn when Ralph is wounded. Now, armed with only a driver's license and hand sanitizer, MacGyver must ensure Ralph’s survival – the only way to uncover the terrorists’ plans.
