Synopsis

During a test of the Phoenix Foundation's newly assembled nuclear bomb defusing team, a catastrophic explosion claims the lives of three men. Consumed by guilt over his failure to thoroughly inspect their equipment, Pete resigns from his position. Yet, his departure is short-lived; he is swiftly replaced by an individual of questionable integrity—a man whose past may hold a disturbing connection to the devastating blast.
